The purpose of Innovus Net, Inc.’s (this network is hereafter referred to as “Innovus Net”) Privacy Policy is to openly aid in our user’s understanding of what comes of the personal information collected on our sites. This Privacy Policy is intended to cover the collection of personal information by Innovus Net on any Innovus Net website when you are using an Innovus Net service. Continually, the Privacy Policy covers what becomes of this information, who is given access to this information, and the preventive measures implemented in order to ensure the exclusivity of this personal information. The Privacy Policy does not apply to the actions or practices of any third party site which is found on any Innovus Net website. The Privacy Policy also does not cover the actions of any individual or business not employed or managed by Innovus Net.

Intended Use of Personal Information
Innovus Net collects personal information, including but not limited to name, address, phone number, and e-mail address when you register to an Innovus Net website, use any Innovus Net service, or participate in an Innovus Net promotion. Once information is willingly submitted to Innovus Net, you are no longer anonymous to our business. Innovus Net may also collect electronic data regarding a user, including but not limited to IP address logs, cookies, and browser information. This information is required and used by Innovus Net in order to prevent against fraudulent activity, to ensure the safety of our users, to enhance and personalize your individual Innovus Net experience, and to facilitate the delivery of a gift or product upon successful completion of an Innovus Net site. Once personal information is submitted to Innovus Net, it becomes the property of our network, and its use will follow the guidelines laid out in this Privacy Policy. If a user wishes to modify or change any previously entered personal information, they must contact us at support@InnovusNet.com for administrative approval of this change.

Credit Card Information
Innovus Net does not require the submission of and will never ask of any user to submit to us any personal credit card information. Third party sites advertised on Innovus Net may ask or prompt you to submit credit card information in order to gain an offer completion, but this information is not seen by us, nor do we have access to this information. Any financial activity conducted with a third party site is confined to the user and said advertiser, and has no connection to Innovus Net. If any personal financial information is intentionally or unintentionally submitted to Innovus Net we will contact you immediately using the e-mail which you submitted to us.

Third Party Sites
Innovus Net is not responsible for the content or actions of any third party site. We advise that you full read and understand the terms and conditions of any third party site before employing their service. Innovus Net strives to protect every user’s personal information and privacy, but this is limited to only the extent of our network. Innovus Net has no control of or bearing over any of the information you submit to any third party websites whose links appear on an Innovus Net website, and hence this Privacy Policy does not cover the information submitted to these third party sites, indemnifying Innovus Net of any problems that may arise concerning a third party site.

Disclosure of Personal Information
Innovus Net will at no time, under any normal circumstances, ever sell, release, transfer, or distribute any personal information submitted to our network. However, certain situations do allow Innovus Net the right to disclose personal information. These situations include when Innovus Net:

• Is given written consent from a user explicitly allowing us to share their personal information.
• Responds to a court order, court subpoena, or any other legal process brought upon Innovus Net.
• Finds a user to be in direct violation of our stated Terms and Conditions. If a violation occurs, Innovus Net reserves the right to use personal information for investigative purposes and is therefore allowed to disclose personal information with affiliates, advertisers, and/or other third party sites in conjunction with pinpointing and preventing fraudulent activity.
• Orders a gift or product, or when a company working for Innovus Net orders a gift or product, on a user’s behalf and personal information is necessary for successful delivery of said product.
• Requires the disclosure of personal information in order to ensure the physical and legal safety of our company, employees, and/or the general public.

Security
Innovus Net takes many security measures both to ensure the privacy of all personal information submitted to our network and to protect against misuse, loss, alteration, or illegal replication of this personal information. An outline of the measures implemented by Innovus Net are as follows:

• All compensated employees of Innovus Net must sign a confidentiality agreement before they are given access to any means of viewing users’ personal information. Continually, it goes without saying that Innovus Net hires only the most qualified and experienced individuals, further hedging against any illegal use of personal information.
• All individuals given administrative access to Innovus Net will have their activity logged, recorded, and reviewed through activity logs implemented in the administration panel of our website. Any unusual or suspicious activity among administrators will be dealt with immediately.
• Regular maintenance and inspection of our site and its hosting server will be conducted to ensure the highest level of security, preventing against any unwarranted network intrusion. Further, Innovus Net will conduct continued correspondence with our hosting server to maintain network security.

As is the case with any transfer of electronic data over the World Wide Web, 100% security is never guaranteed and subsequently cannot be guaranteed or promised by Innovus Net. However, once personal information is safely received by our network, all of the aforementioned measures will be taken to ensure the privacy of our users.

Cookies
Innovus Net may set certain cookies on this site so that our users’ personal computers may quickly access information pertinent to our network. Cookies set by Innovus Net are implemented for a variety of reasons, none involving the unwarranted retrieval and use of personal information. The cookies set by Innovus Net are implemented for the following reasons, including but not limited to: allowing returning users’ web browsers to store log ins and passwords, modifying users pages to fit personal web browsing preferences, and the enablement of quick delivery of network specific information to users.

Innovus Net’s cookies are not meant to retrieve user’s personal information, and hence do not view or retrieve any personal information. The only personal information available to Innovus Net is that information which is required upon sign up which users willingly and knowingly key into electronic fields for storage in our database.

Users of Innovus Net should also be informed that they may modify or turn off their browsers’ cookie settings at any time. To block, opt out of, or simply modify your personal cookies, please access information specific to the web browser in which you are using.

Age Limitation
As per Innovus Net’s Terms and Conditions, no individual under the age of 13 years may sign up to any of our network sites. This rule follows the guidelines laid out in the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA). If it is found that any child under the age of 13 has submitted personal information to our site, through intentional or unintentional fraud, this information will immediately be deleted from our records and the individual will subsequently and without question be removed from our network. If you personally know of any user fraudulently registered to our site that is under the age of 13, we ask that you please report this information immediately to support@InnovusNet.com.

Changes to Innovus Net’s Privacy Policy
Innovus Net reserves the right to amend or redact this Privacy Policy at any time for any reason. If any changes to this Privacy Policy do occur we will make our best effort to inform each user about said change through a prominently displayed message on our home site (www.InnovusNet.com) and/or through other techniques including, but not limited to, mass e-mail and administration messages. All edits to this Privacy Policy will also be noted on said Privacy Policy. Innovus Net asks users to voluntarily and regularly check our Privacy Policy for any changes.
