2) How is Innovus Net able to provide users with FREE gifts? Innovus Net is an incentivized marketing network that partners with various well-known advertisers who reward us monetarily for referring new customers to their products. In other words, these advertisers, who’s trial offers can be found on our Offers page, pay us a “finder’s fee” for redirecting our customers to their products, and in turn this commission allows Innovus Net to purchase gifts for our users. 3) What do I have to do in order to receive a FREE gift? Earning a FREE gift from Innovus Net is a simple process that can be broken down into three steps, and it even involves your friends! First, you must sign up to any of our currently active websites (for a complete listing of our sites, please refer to our Home Page) and select which prize you wish to receive. After sign up, you select and complete one or two of our online offers (these offers are usually in the form of FREE trial services) to gain one full offer credit. The third and final step in the process brings your friends into the picture, as you want to select a few people that you know (the number of friends depends on the prize that you selected) to do exactly as you just did. Using your unique referral ID link, these friends register with Innovus Net, sign up with a one or two of our advertisers, and gain a full offer credit themselves. Once you reach this point, apply for account approval and be on the lookout for your FREE gift! 4) Does your site have any sort of simplified tutorial on how the process works? Yes! Offers, Crediting, and Financial Information 5) After completing an offer, how long should it take for me to receive credit? Nearly all of Innovus Net’s offers credit INSTANTLY in real time. For these offers, as soon as you complete the offer requirements, you should see credit on your account page. Other offers may take anywhere from 12-24 hours or up to five (5) days to credit. Reporting time is listed next to each advertisement on our Offers page. 6) What should I do if I completed an offer but never received credit? If you have completed an offer, waited the stated amount of reporting time, and still see no credit on your account page, please submit a Manual Credit Request (MCR). Innovus Net sends all received MCRs to our advertisers for review. Please be patient when submitting an MCR, as advertiser review can take anywhere from one week to one month. As soon as we receive a decision from our advertisers, you will receive one as well. Keep in mind that some advertisers will not accept the MCR until you have waited 7 days for the offer to credit. Submitting a MCR before the 7 days is up to us, could cause it to be denied. We strongly suggest if you are unsure on when to submit one, wait 7 days or contact support with the name of the offer and we will advise you of the time you should wait. So be patient. It is, of course, always better if they credit on their own. So follow the credits tips to avoid this delay. We do occasionally offer Guaranteed Credits. Click on our Promotions tab to see if they are available. Some offers do NOT accept MCRs and therefore we cannot send them to the advertiser. Some of the most popular offers have had to stop accepting MCRs due to fraud. This should not be cause for alarm, as if you follow the proper crediting procedures your offer should credit. Any bread down in offers crediting will be the direct result of poorly crediting procedures and missing a program that results in stopping the cookies from depositing on your computer. Guaranteed Crediting is the only promotion that will guarantee an MCR. Most MCRs are not denied when the advertiser does except them, but rarely one will be denied and in this rare instance, you need to look at your computer setup to minimize your losses. We do not like denied MCRs anymore than you do. We too put in time and effort to insure the offer credits and are not paid in these instances for our time and effort. So be careful and take your time. 7) I’m experiencing unusual trouble getting my offers to credit, are there any further steps I can take to make the process easier? Offers are credited to your account through special tracking software. The normal operation of this software can be interrupted by a variety of reasons, among them being cookie and/or firewall settings on your computer, issues which may cause the offers to credit incorrectly, or not credit at all. If you are experiencing any problems, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to assist you. 8) Do I need to use a credit card in order to complete trial offers? How much does it cost to sign up for the offers? Although Innovus Net does host a variety of free offers that can be completed without the use of a credit card, a majority of our offers do require some form of small payment, usually in the form of a shipping and handling or trial period fee, to be made. The cost of completing these offers range from $1.99 to $9.99, depending on the advertiser. A general rule of thumb regarding our offers would be that the higher costing offers pay out much more to our users. 9) Does Innovus Net see my financial information? How can I trust entering my credit card information online? Innovus Net does not see ANY personal information other than what you input upon sign up, which means that only our advertisers, who have been certified to complete secure online transactions, see your credit card information. We carefully select which advertisers to use, only choosing those businesses that have a secure website and are registered to transact online. We have recently just changed our policy on the number of cashouts per web site. ALL Innovus Net sites now allow an unlimited number of cashouts per site! However' don't shy away from checking out our multiple unique subsites that each have a variety of FREE gifts to choose from! 13) If I want to order twice on the same Innovus Net site do I have to gain another full offer credit? No! Once a user has gained their full offer credit for the a particular subsite they do not have to complete any more offers on that same site no matter how many orders are placed. While the use of family members as referrals is perfectly fine, your referrals, no matter who they are, cannot come from the same location that you registered from. Duplicate household and IP addresses are against our Terms and Conditions. 17) What is the minimum amount of referrals I can cash out with? User’s only need one referral to gain a full offer credit to be eligible to place an order. You may combine subsites also get the perfect price! Account Approval and Gift Selection 18) How often are accounts approved and FREE gifts shipped? Innovus Net pledges to our users a GUARANTEED same-day approval and shipment process. All users that submit their account for approval will be have their orders reviewed and prizes shipped within 24 hours of initial order submit, or else we will give you a bonus for FREE! So, if you submit your order at noon on Tuesday, and no action is taken by noon on Wednesday, extra funds will be added to your order. Innovus Net makes this guarantee, and sticks by it, because, like our users, we value swiftness of action when it comes to personal accounts. Yes! Users can change their desired gift ANY time before their order is placed. 20) What if, at the time I place my order, my selected prize is no longer in stock or available for purchase? If we encounter any problems at all during the ordering and shipping process, the user will be contacted immediately and alternative options will be presented. If an item is out of stock or no longer in production, the user is entitled to select a new gift of equal or lesser value, or can defer to receiving a PayPal payment. Custom Order 21) What exactly is the Custom Order option that is displayed on your gift selection page? The Custom Order feature allows you to select ANY gift that you choose (as long as it is in stock, and obviously legal) no matter which site you are working on! Custom Order gives our users the opportunity to receive the prize of their choice when it is not found on the site. PayPal payments are acceptable Custom Orders.
